Truck Stop offers refurbished trucks of the highest quality in the Chinese market; all units are newly produced upon customer order confirmation.

A: The engine is brand new.
Two types of engines for TS refurbished trucks : one is a 100% brand new engine purchased from
Sinotruk 371 Hp with one-year warranty.

The other is a completely remanufactured engine, only the cylinder block and camshaft are old, other parts are brand new, we have replaced the four major parts of the engine (cylinder barrel, piston, large and small bearings), starter, generator, air conditioning compressor, oil pump, oil pan, oil radiator, injector, turbocharger, tensioner, belt, power steering pump, water pump, air pump, engine intercooler, engine water tank, air conditioning cooling

Clutch:- flywheel, pressure plate and clutch plate are brand new.

The warranty for completely remanufactured engine is 6 months, the price of truck with a brand new engine is $ 2,300 US dollars higher the remanufactured one, customers can choose freely.

B: The gearbox and rear axle are almost new after being completely repaired; We disassembled the gearbox and rear axle, cleaned them, replaced all the damaged gears, and added new lubricants. The quality is the same as that of a new gearbox and a new rear axle, with a one-year warranty.

C: All damaged small parts on the chassis are replaced with new ones. Tire bolts, frame bolts, some rubber pads, shock absorber cylinders and other chassis accessories are all brand new. New air circuit, brand new wires, brand new 165A battery. All kinds of valves, dryers, etc. are replaced with brand new ones, and the tie rod sleeves are replaced.

D: The cabin is the original cab of Sinotruk, which is old one. We completely repaired the cab shell, cleaned it, polished it, sprayed it with epoxy anti-rust, sprayed it with 2 coats of fine paint, and the accessories inside and outside the cab are brand new, and the process is refined.

E: All refurbished trucks come with brand new tires, or you can use old tires and replace them with brand new ones locally in Africa.
